Service Refunds

Lucky JK Trading aims to provide satisfactory services to our clients. If you are not satisfied with the services received, please contact us within 30 days of the service delivery date to request a refund. Refund eligibility will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

No Refunds for Completed Services

Refunds will not be issued for services that have been completed or delivered to the client, except in cases where there is a breach of contract or failure to provide the agreed-upon services.

Cancellation and Partial Refunds

If you decide to cancel your services before completion, a refund may be issued based on the work completed up to that point. The refund amount will be determined at the sole discretion of Lucky JK Trading.

Processing of Refunds

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 30 days of the refund request. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the initial transaction unless otherwise agreed upon.

Non-Refundable Fees
